honey or maple syrup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with liners.
Mix oil, brown sugar, and honey until fluffy. Add eggs, yogurt, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Fold dry into wet until just combined.
Use a scoop to fill muffin cups. Bake for 17-22 minutes until set. Cool and remove.
