Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and heat a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a blender, pulse wet ingredients until combined.
Pour wet into dry, fold gently. Pour remaining oil into skillet, then add batter and smooth surface.
Bake for 24–25 minutes until golden. Warm remaining honey, brush over cornbread, sprinkle with sea salt, and cool for 15 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve warm with butter or additional honey.
