A quick and flavorful skillet dish combining tender steak, fragrant garlic, sweet honey, and savory rice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Meat

steak, cut into strips
Grains

cup
uncooked rice
Broth

beef broth
Sweeteners

honey
Aromatics

cloves
garlic, minced
Sauces & Condiments

soy sauce

Instructions
Season steak with salt and pepper; sear for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add honey, soy sauce, and bring to a simmer.
Stir in rice, add beef broth, bring to boil, then simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Return steak to skillet, stir gently, cook 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor and adjust seasoning as needed.
