A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and a sweet-savory honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Vegetables

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions 

  • Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
  • Stir-fry broccoli for 2-3 minutes, then add broth, cover, and steam for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch, and water; pour over broccoli and cook until thickened.
  • Return chicken to skillet, toss to coat, and cook 1-2 minutes.

Notes

Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
