Creamy Rice

Instructions
Rinse rice, then cook in boiling chicken broth for 18-20 minutes. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
Pat chicken dry, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in hot oil 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Add butter and garlic to skillet, sauté briefly, then stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Stir heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan into rice until creamy and cheese melts. Season to taste.
Serve chicken bites over creamy rice, drizzle with sauce, garnish with parsley and Parmesan, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with red pepper flakes or sesame seeds.
