A hearty and wholesome bread combining oats, whole wheat, and honey for a delicious homemade loaf.

Instructions
Proof the yeast by dissolving sugar in warm water, then add yeast and wait 10 minutes until foamy.
Combine flours, oat bran, and salt in a mixer; add remaining ingredients and knead for 5 minutes.
Let the dough rise, then punch down and divide into 3 pans.
Allow the loaves to rise until about 2 inches above pans, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40-50 minutes until golden and hollow-sounding.
Notes
For best results, let the bread cool before slicing.
