Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons milk or non-dairy milk
  • 4 eggs eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée

Additional ingredients

  • 1 cup flour

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  • Mix all wet ingredients except flour until smooth.
  • Stir in flour and mix until combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes.
  • Cool cake, then drizzle with honey glaze made from honey, powdered sugar, and milk.
