Instructions
Combine mashed and grated potatoes in a bowl, then add egg, egg white, Parmesan, garlic powder, milk, and oil; whisk until smooth.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead briefly, shape into a ball, and place in an oiled pan.
Cut an X on top of the dough, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan and slicing.
Notes
Ensure potatoes are well-drained to prevent dough from becoming too sticky.
