These banana pecan muffins are moist, flavorful, and packed with crunchy nuts, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas and combine with sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, then fold in chopped pecans.
Divide batter evenly into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
