Ingredients
Dough and Crust
1/2cupunsalted butter, melted
1cupall-purpose flour
3/4cupold-fashioned rolled oats(do not substitute quick oats)
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/4cuppacked light brown sugar
1/2teaspoonsalt(adjust to taste)
Filling
2cupscoarsely diced ripe mango(thaw if frozen and dry)
1/3cupgranulated sugar
2tablespoonslemon juice
2teaspoonscornstarch
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment or foil.
Mix melted butter, flour, oats, sugars, and salt to form coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup for topping.
Press remaining mixture into the pan to form the crust. Toss mango, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until coated. Spread over crust.
Sprinkle reserved crumble over mango layer. Bake for 50–55 minutes until golden and bubbling. Cool completely before slicing.
