Ingredients

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 lb deli turkey slices
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed (for avocado)
  • 1-2 tomatoes tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup romaine or green leaf lettuce
  • 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional)

  • for avocado Fresh lemon or lime juice

Instructions 

  • Warm tortillas slightly.
  • Lay each tortilla flat and layer: lettuce, turkey, tomato, avocado, cheese, and condiments.
  • Fold sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom. Slice in half.
