Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vegan protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Blend dates until smooth in a food processor.
  • Add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and blend.
  • Mix in protein powder and coconut flour.
  • Press mixture into a lined baking dish and sprinkle sea salt.
  • Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the bars.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into bars.
