Instructions
Roast the cauliflower florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until golden, about 20 minutes.
Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the roasted cauliflower to the sautéed onions and garlic, then pour in the vegetable broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
