Ingredients

  • 3-4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 cup Honey (opt for pure honey)
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 bunch Green Onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Slice chicken breasts into strips and set aside.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet until golden and cooked through, then add the sauce mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
