Ingredients

Chicken

  • Six pieces chicken thighs with bones
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry, then coat with avocado oil and season with lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
  • Combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to make the marinade. Pour over the chicken and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Preheat the grill to 400°F (200°C). Grill the chicken skin-side down for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with your favorite sides.
