2teaspoonsvanilla extract, divided
Heavy Cream
2cupsheavy whipping cream

2cansunsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1canlemon pie filling
3packagesladyfingers, split
Instructions
Beat ricotta, cream cheese, sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until fluffy. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks and fold into mixture.
Combine pineapple, pie filling, and remaining vanilla. Layer ladyfingers in a trifle bowl, then add layers of ricotta mixture and pineapple mixture, repeating once.
Finish with remaining ricotta and pineapple layers. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
