Kale

lightly packed chopped kale

packed kale (Tuscan/lacinato)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C). Prepare dough and roll out on parchment paper.
Make the pesto: blend kale, nuts, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and drizzle in olive oil until smooth.
Spread pesto evenly over the rolled-out dough, then sprinkle with cheese.
Toss chopped kale with olive oil and salt, then distribute over the pizza.
Transfer pizza to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
Optional: sprinkle red pepper flakes, slice, and serve.
Notes
Use a pizza stone for a crispier crust and roll the dough as thin as possible for best results.
