Ingredients

Chia Seeds

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

Almond Milk

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Vanilla Extract

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Salt

  • Pinch salt

Sweetener (optional)

  • to taste monk fruit/erythritol/stevia (optional)

Instructions 

  • Whisk almond milk, vanilla, salt, and sweetener (if using).
  • Stir in chia seeds and whisk vigorously for 20–30 seconds.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes, then whisk again until no clumps remain.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
