Instructions
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
Marinate the beef slices in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
In the same skillet, sauté onions, carrots, and green onions until tender.
Serve the beef and vegetables over cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
