Instructions
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang for 15 minutes.
Cook the marinated beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
Arrange cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, and kimchi in small bowls.
Assemble the rice stack by pressing a layer of rice, then topping with beef and vegetables. Repeat for a stacked presentation.
Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and top with a fried egg if desired. Serve immediately.
