Instructions
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and gochujang until combined.
Add beef to marinade, stir to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
Remove beef, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve over warm cooked rice.
Notes
