Instructions
Brown the meat and drain excess fat.
Mix in pasta sauce and optional seasonings; simmer for 5 minutes.
Cook and drain egg noodles.
Combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, mozzarella, and seasonings.
Layer noodles, cheese mixture, and sauce in a dish.
Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 25 minutes; add mozzarella on top 5-10 minutes before done.
