Instructions
Trim excess fat and slice chicken if using breasts. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to plate.
Reduce heat, melt butter, and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add broth, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices if desired.
Notes
Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
