A flavorful and juicy chicken dish infused with lemon and garlic, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

(about 6 oz each, pounded to even thickness)

Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet, cook chicken 6-7 min per side until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F. Transfer to plate.
Add remaining oil and garlic to skillet, cook 1 min until fragrant.
Pour in broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey. Simmer 3-4 min until slightly reduced.
Remove from heat, whisk in butter and parsley. Return chicken, spoon sauce, rest 2 min.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor and adjust seasoning as needed.
