chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces)
Oil

olive oil
Garlic

garlic (minced)
Vegetables

broccoli (cut into florets)
Fruits & Citrus

lemon
lemon (juiced and zested)
Herbs & Spices

dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5-7 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic 30 seconds, then add broccoli and broth. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet, add lemon juice and zest. Cook 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or your favorite herbs.
