Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken thighs skin-side down until golden, about 5 minutes.
Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
