Instructions

  • Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Rub herb mixture onto chicken, then arrange in a baking dish with lemon slices and rosemary.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast chicken for 35-45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving to retain juices and crispiness.
