Ingredients

Protein

  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

  • 0.125 tsp black pepper

Sauce

  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine chicken with olive oil, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill and cook chicken 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
