These healthy, low-calorie blueberry protein balls are perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat, combining natural sweetness with a boost of protein.
Ingredients

0.5cupblueberries (fresh or frozen)
5pitted medjool datesmedjool dates
0.25cupunsalted cashews
0.5cupold fashioned oats
0.5cupvanilla protein powder
1-4teaspoonswater(add as needed)
Instructions
Add blueberries, dates, and cashews to a food processor and blend until mostly pureed.
Add oats and protein powder, pulse until mixture resembles cookie dough.
If too dry, add water 1 teaspoon at a time, pulsing until dough comes together.
Scoop dough with a tablespoon and roll into balls, wetting hands if necessary.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
