Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl; whisk wet ingredients separately.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Scoop 16 cookie balls onto the sheet, flatten slightly.
