  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning (or Powder)
  • 2-3 Large Egg Whites Egg Whites
  • 0.5 Cup Pizza Sauce (or Pasta Sauce) (Lowest sodium)
  • 1.5 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (Fat Free, Reduced Fat, or Full Fat)
  • Slices Pepperoni Slices Pepperoni (*Optional)

Instructions 

  • Heat a pan with olive oil and brown the ground beef or turkey over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Drain excess juice from the meat.
  • Press the cooked meat into a pie dish coated with non-stick spray to form a crust.
  • Spread egg whites evenly over the meat crust.
  • Add pizza sauce and toppings like cheese and pepperoni.
  • Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 25-30 minutes until cheese melts.
