  • 15 ounces Pumpkin Puree
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Syrup (Maple Flavored Sugar Free)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2.5 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons Light Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla Protein Powder)

Instructions 

  • Heat a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add all ingredients except protein powder and stir.
  • Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat, add protein powder, and mix well.
  • Store in jars once cooled.
