Ingredients
Dough and topping

Filling

coarsely chopped fresh ripe mango

lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch pan with foil and spray.
Melt butter, then mix with flour, oats, sugars, and salt. Set aside 1 cup for topping.
Press remaining oat mixture into the pan. Mix mango, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch; spread over crust.
Sprinkle reserved crumble over mango layer. Bake for 50 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Cool for 1 hour before slicing. Store airtight for up to 1 week at room temperature.
Notes
Use ripe mango for best flavor and adjust baking time if mangoes are very juicy.
