Ingredients
Crust
0.75cupsoftened butter
0.5cuppowdered sugar
1.5cupsall-purpose flour
0.5cupfinely chopped pecans
Filling
16ozsoftened cream cheese
1.25cupspure Vermont Organic Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup(separated ¾ cup for bars, ½ cup for drizzle)
3tablespoonsbourbon(separated 2 for bars, 1 for drizzle)
1.25cupspure Vermont Maple Syrup(separated ¾ cup for bars, ½ cup for drizzle)
1tablespoonall-purpose flour
0.25teaspoonsea salt
2eggslightly beaten eggs
Optional Topping

Instructions
Beat butter and cream cheese to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
Mix butter and powdered sugar until combined. Add flour and stir until mixture sticks together. Stir in pecans. Press into pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in maple syrup, bourbon, flour, and salt. Add eggs and combine. Pour over crust and bake for 25 minutes until edges are puffy. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Simmer maple syrup and bourbon in a saucepan for 10-12 minutes until thickened. Cool the drizzle.
Lift bars from pan using foil edges. Cut into bars, drizzle with maple syrup, and top with pecan halves.
