These no-bake energy balls are quick to make and packed with wholesome ingredients, perfect for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

oats (*certified gluten free for allergies)

cup
chopped pecans

cup
shredded unsweetened coconut
Wet ingredients

cup
chunky peanut butter (*drippy is best)
¼
cup
maple syrup

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix oats, pecans, and coconut in a large bowl.
Add peanut butter and maple syrup; stir well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Form into tablespoon-sized balls and place on parchment-lined sheet.
Refrigerate or freeze for 1 hour to set.
Store in fridge or freezer.
Notes
