These no-bake energy balls are quick to make and packed with wholesome ingredients, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (*certified gluten free for allergies)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Wet ingredients

  • ½ cup chunky peanut butter (*drippy is best)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp. dark chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, pecans, and coconut in a large bowl.
  • Add peanut butter and maple syrup; stir well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Form into tablespoon-sized balls and place on parchment-lined sheet.
  • Refrigerate or freeze for 1 hour to set.
  • Store in fridge or freezer.

Keep the mixture chilled for easier rolling.
