Filling

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the crust by mixing butter, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Press into a baking pan.
  • Bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, maple syrup, heavy cream, and vanilla. Stir in chopped walnuts.
  • Pour the filling over the baked crust and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. Serve and enjoy!
