Frosting Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C and prepare cake pans.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in a jug.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add hot water.
Pour batter into pans and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Cool cakes before frosting.
