  • 2 tablespoons Mexicali seasoning
  • 1 large lime (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Toppings & Sides

  • 1 cup cilantro lime rice
  • 0.5 cup corn salsa (or charred corn)
  • 0.5 cup sautéed onions and peppers
  • 0.5 cup guacamole
  • 0.25 cup cheese (cotija, oaxaca, monterrey jack, or pepper jack)
  • 0.25 cup pico de gallo
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 cup pickled red onions (or sliced raw red onions)
  • 0.25 cup pickled jalapeños (or sliced raw jalapeños)
  • 0.25 cup cilantro ranch (or sour cream or plain nonfat Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves (finely chopped)

Instructions 

  • Season the steak with Mexicali seasoning and cook until desired doneness.
  • Cook the cilantro lime rice according to package instructions.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, sliced steak, and toppings.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges.
