Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips.
Mix all ingredients for the whoopie pies in a bowl.
Pour batter into a greased mug and microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for 90 seconds.
Cut the mug cake into 4 pieces.
Mix filling ingredients until smooth, then spread between two cake pieces.
Notes
Use non-stick spray for easier removal from the mug.
