Instructions
Chop vegetables and mix all ingredients except sweet potatoes, chicken, and cheese.
Coat tins with non-stick spray, add chopped sweet potatoes at the bottom, then chicken on top.
Pour mixture into tins, top with cheese, and bake at 350°F (176°C) for 35-40 minutes.
Notes
Use a non-stick spray for easy removal and enjoy!
