Delight in these wholesome, berry-filled oatmeal bars perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

brown sugar, lightly packed

(thawed if frozen)

juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix berries, lemon juice, sugar, and corn starch; set aside.
Combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder; add melted butter and vanilla.
Press 2/3 of oat mixture into an 8x8 inch pan, add berry mixture, then top with remaining oats.
Bake for 28-32 minutes until berries bubble and top is browned. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use fresh or thawed frozen berries for best results.
