Instructions
Line a 9x5” loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix protein powder, cocoa, oats, and sweetener in a bowl.
Stir in cold coffee until smooth.
Press mixture into the pan evenly.
Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
