Delicious and nutritious mocha brownie protein bars perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 90 g plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50 g old-fashioned oats
  • 28 g Truvia (or other sweetener)

Wet ingredients

  • 240 mL cold coffee

Instructions 

  • Line a 9x5” loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix protein powder, cocoa, oats, and sweetener in a bowl.
  • Stir in cold coffee until smooth.
  • Press mixture into the pan evenly.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.

Store in the refrigerator for best freshness.
