A rich and fudgy brownie infused with coffee and topped with crunchy walnuts, perfect for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

coffee powder (optional)
Wet ingredients

butter

granulated sugar

(or 1 large egg)

vanilla essence
Walnuts

crushed walnuts
(half in batter, half on top)
Instructions
Melt butter and dark chocolate, then let cool.
Cream eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add vanilla, coffee, and cocoa powder.
Mix in the melted chocolate and butter into the egg mixture.
Fold in the flour and half of the walnuts, then pour into a lined tin.
Sprinkle remaining walnuts on top and bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add an extra teaspoon of coffee powder.
