A moist and flavorful pear bread infused with cinnamon and nuts, perfect for a cozy treat or breakfast.

Instructions
Peel and chop pears, then mash until smooth.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch pan.
Melt butter, then mix with mashed pears, crema, sugars, salt, egg, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Combine with pear mixture and fold in nuts.
Pour batter into pan, sprinkle with raw sugar, and bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
Cool for 20 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional raw sugar before baking.
