250gBob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
1tspcinnamon
0.5tspnutmeg
1tspbaking soda
2tspbaking powder
0.5tspfine sea salt
Wet Ingredients
1.5cupsmashed, ripe banana
0.5cupolive oil
2tspvanilla extract
0.5cupmaple syrup(room temperature)
Add-ins
0.5cupchopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
Fold wet into dry until just combined. Stir in walnuts.
Pour batter into pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55 minutes.
Cool in pan for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and serve warm.
