These delicious Monster Cookie Energy Balls are a perfect snack for a quick energy boost, packed with protein and flavor!

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy no stir peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini m&m's

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until a thick batter forms.
  • Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and drop balls onto it.
  • Roll each ball to smooth out the edges.
  • Chill in the fridge for about an hour until firm.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

For best results, let the energy balls chill longer if you prefer a firmer texture.
