These delicious Monster Cookie Energy Balls are a perfect snack for a quick energy boost, packed with protein and flavor!
Ingredients
Base Ingredients

creamy no stir peanut butter

honey

vanilla protein powder

old fashioned rolled oats

mini chocolate chips

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until a thick batter forms.
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and drop balls onto it.
Roll each ball to smooth out the edges.
Chill in the fridge for about an hour until firm.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
