Instructions
Bring 1 1/2 cups of salted water or stock to a boil, add couscous, cover, and remove from heat.
Let couscous steam until fluffy, then set aside.
Mix chicken with Moroccan spice and olive oil, then cook in a skillet for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Add tomato paste and broth to chicken, cook until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Divide couscous into bowls, top with cooked chicken, fresh vegetables, yogurt, and parsley. Serve and enjoy!

You can customize the vegetables or spice level to your preference.
