  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons gingerbread syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 4 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp pecan praline syrup
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Heat milk and whisk in cocoa powder, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until hot but not boiling. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream if desired.
