These delicious and healthy no-bake energy balls are perfect for a quick snack or a nutritious treat, combining oats, almond butter, honey, and dried fruits.

Ingredients

Dried Fruits & Grains

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond butter ((or peanut butter))
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup raisins (or dates)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (or flex seeds)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm up.
  • Form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls using a spoon and hands.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
