These delicious no-bake brownie bites are a healthy, easy-to-make treat perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the oven.
Ingredients

chopped walnuts or almonds

pitted Medjool dates

unsweetened cocoa powder

old-fashioned rolled oats

vanilla extract

milk

shredded coconut, cocoa powder, chopped nuts

Instructions
Measure ingredients; soak dates if dry, then drain.
Blend oats and nuts; add cocoa, salt, vanilla, then blend.
Add dates; blend until sticky dough forms.
If dry, add milk gradually until mixture sticks.
Form into balls; roll in toppings if desired.
Chill for 10-15 minutes before serving.
